GHL Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-directed Go High Level (GHL) Expert who will own the development and management of complex workflows, automations, and integrations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the team. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours.

*Go High Level Management

-Build, update, and optimize workflows, automations, triggers, pipelines, and integrations within Go High Level.

-Design opt-in pages, funnels, and automated email sequences.

-Test all implementations thoroughly before deployment to ensure quality and functionality.

-Troubleshoot issues with automations, integrations, and user experience, ensuring smooth operations.

*Operations Support

-Assist in integrating Go High Level with other platforms (e.g., Zapier, Stripe, ClickUp).

-Support backend operations related to client programs and launches.

-Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and workflows.

*Client Support

-Provide troubleshooting and user support for Go High Level and related tools.

-Ensure smooth communication with clients, addressing concerns or issues promptly.

* Marketing & Campaign Management

-Assist in creating and managing marketing funnels, email marketing campaigns, and event setups.

-Monitor campaign performance and ensure smooth execution for client launches.

*Communication & Documentation

-Keep clear documentation on processes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.

-Provide proactive updates to the team and escalate issues when necessary.

*Strong expertise in Go High Level, including workflows, automations, and integrations.

*5+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or GHL specialist.

*Proven experience managing complex workflows and automations with minimal supervision.

*Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve technical issues.

*Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

*High attention to detail and organizational skills.

*Experience with Zapier, ClickUp, and other related integrations.

*Previous experience supporting marketing funnels, email sequences, and client campaigns.

*Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software.

*Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
