What We Look For

We're hiring Intake Specialists who want to build long-term careers in the legal services industry. If you're passionate about client service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake interviews with prospective international clients via calls, emails, and referrals.
  • Gather and document client details, legal concerns, and supporting documents for attorney review.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth case onboarding and complete documentation.
  • Handle follow-ups, inquiries, and pending items to keep cases moving.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM/case management systems (Clio, Lawmatics, or similar).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in legal studies, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client intake, customer service, or legal support (phone + email).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Clio, Lawmatics, or CRM/case systems (a plus).
Work Hours
  • Full-time schedule aligned with U.S. time zones (depending on client location).
Technical Requirements
  • Laptop/desktop with Intel i5 (or equivalent) running Windows 11.
  • Built-in or external webcam.
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
  • Noise-cancelling headset.
  • Backup power and internet solution.
