Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based healthcare professionals, connecting top talent with leading healthcare organizations across the United States. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone passionate about healthcare staffing and skilled in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, medical technologists, and other allied health professionals and support staff, including Virtual Medical and Operations Assistants.
  • Collaborate with U.S. clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate client interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare hiring standards and credentialing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of healthcare and support talent for current and future openings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare roles, licensing, and credentialing processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Dietitians (RD), Personal Trainers, or other licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and healthcare staffing regulations.
  • Background in international recruitment or remote hiring is a plus.
