We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by promoting our digital logistics solutions, including Transport Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). If you're passionate about technology and logistics and have a proven knack for building client relationships and crafting tailored digital solutions, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our TMS and WMS offerings
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies tailored to clients' logistics needs
- Present and demonstrate the value of our digital logistics solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with the tech and operations teams to customize solutions based on client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics decision-makers and supply chain leaders
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities
- Prepare business proposals, technical presentations, and ROI-based case studies
- Attend logistics and supply chain events to promote the company's digital capabilities
- Provide client feedback to continuously improve product-market fit
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or tech solutions
- Strong understanding of Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a hunter mindset—able to identify, pursue, and close leads independently
- Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and presenting high-value digital solutions
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
