Education and experience

Skills

· Communication and interpersonal: Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for working with stakeholders at all levels.

· Instructional design: Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is necessary for creating effective programs.

· Project management: Strong organizational and project management skills are needed to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and budgets.

· Technical:

§  Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

§  Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and creating digital learning materials.

§  Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Analytical: Ability to analyze data to track participation and outcomes, and to make data-driven decisions.
