About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and resolve software defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design effective testing strategies
  • Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage
  • Analyse test results, document findings, and communicate recommendations to the development team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and technologies to enhance our quality assurance processes
  • Mentor and train junior QA team members to build a strong quality culture

What we're looking for

  • Strong expertise in manual and automated testing techniques, including the use of testing frameworks and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for quality and a drive to continuously improve testing processes and standards

Qualifications:

  • BS Nursing or any Allied Medical Degree
  • At least 1 year of Billing experience (Inpatient and/or Outpatient)
  • Strong understanding of process quality, compliance, and auditing
  • Knowledgeable in ICD and OASIS
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
