We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our QUBIK HARDWARE – OSMEÑA COGON BRANCH store team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection, pricing, and inquiries.
  • Provide expert advice on hardware tools, construction materials, and home improvement products.
  • Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory checks.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers.
  • Assist in unloading deliveries and storing merchandise properly.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stay updated on new hardware products, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in retail or hardware sales is a plus).
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or hardware store operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of hardware, tools, and building materials is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
