Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Staff to join our lighting and fixtures retail team. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in sales but also knowledgeable in lighting products and comfortable with heights and basic installations. If you enjoy customer interaction and don't mind climbing ladders or assisting with product displays and demos, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting lighting products that fit their needs
  • Explain product specifications and recommend lighting solutions
  • Demonstrate proper use or installation of certain fixtures (as needed)
  • Help with setting up and arranging displays (may involve working at height)
  • Coordinate with warehouse or technical teams regarding product availability
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications:

  • Should have at least 1-year working experience of the same capacity
  • Can work under pressure
  • Experience or basic knowledge in lighting and electrical fixtures is an advantage
  • Comfortable working at heights (e.g., ladders or elevated displays)
  • Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Physically fit and willing to assist with basic product handling
  • Sales experience in retail or hardware is a plus
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays if needed
  • Willing to learn
