Sales & Partner Relationship Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strengthening partnerships, assisting in sales promotion activities, and analyzing sales performance trends.
- Close coordination with partners, community/center leaders, and internal teams.
- Ensure effective execution of promos, active monitoring of sales data, and meaningful engagement in the field.
- Frequent travel to provinces and participation in center and area visits.
Qualifications:
- An excellent communicator (both written and oral) for for partner coordination, reporting, and presentations.
- A data-driven, people person who is eager and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with sales/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Creative skills for designing simple promotional materials.
- Adaptability and flexibility, especially in fieldwork and provincial assignments.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and field units.
- Customer-centric and empathetic in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
