Job Responsibilities:

  • New customer outsourcing (CIPH promotion, CIPH product promotion)

  • Customer communication (follow-ups, CIPH product promotion)

  • Handling and managing RFQs (understanding material and item, RFQ monitoring, setting selling price)

  • Internal data dissemination

  • Abide 5s and safety standard

  • Going to existing customer for product promotion

  • Customers window person

  • Communicating to superior

  • Customer meeting representative

  • Audit representative

  • Understanding sales report

  • Maintaining CIPH good performance on customer's survey

  • Handling and managing customer request of cost down

  • Handling and managing customer request of 4Ms

  • Negotiating with customer if problem arose and as such

Willing to learn of these items:

  • Must have at least knowledge of outgoing preparation and delivery documentation.

  • Must have understanding of forecast and purchase order.

  • Must have understanding of TOMATO system.
