The Transformation Manager drives the company's transformation agenda. The scope of the role includes but not limited to:

  • Key Contributor in the creation of the Transformation Vision, Mission, and Strategy.
  • Co-Stewards the company's Transformation Journey and Program.
  • Manages the execution, benefits, and risks of medium to large Transformation Programs.
  • Drives collaboration and influences cross-functional business and delivery teams to drive the Transformation agenda and ensures that the desired results (execution certainty) of medium to large Transformation Programs are met.
  • Accountable for the Transformation outcomes of medium to large programs/projects managed from topline to bottom line including business results up to desired client experience.
  • Provides capabilities and tools to effectively deliver the medium to large programs (i.e. change management, communication plan, talents required).
  • Provides expertise with regards to business transformation trends (i.e. programs, platforms, processes, people, and partnerships).
  • The role reports to the Head, Transformation Management.
