The Order to Cash Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end O2C process within a global business service framework. This includes overseeing order management, billing, credit control, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application. The role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Operational Leadership

  • Manage the full O2C cycle: order entry, invoicing, credit management, collections, and cash application.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Lead and support process transitions, stabilization, and improvement initiatives.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Supervise and develop a team of O2C professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) and external customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and service delivery issues.

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on service delivery outcomes.

Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to the development of shared services strategy and transformation roadmap.
  • Drive automation and digital initiatives to streamline O2C operations.
  • Support annual cash flow targets and working capital optimization.
