Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in Change Management
  • Knowledge and experience in Digital Transformation Projects
  • Skilled in creating documentation and support materials
  • Amenable to work onsite in Makati City

Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessment, readiness, and analysis.
  • Identify risk related to change and develop mitigation strategies
  • Anticipate and address opposition using organized mitigation techniques.
  • Oversee the change management portfolio across multiple programs and initiatives
  • Ensure the consistency and connection of change initiatives with the larger transformative aims.
  • Integrate change management activities into the overall project plans and timelines
  • Track progress, define and monitor success metrics and report on adoption impacts
  • Contribute to training design, delivery and deployment strategies
  • Provide documentation and support materials to facilitate effective learnin
  • Identify significant stakeholders, map influence, and develop targeted methods.
  • Track concerns and assist in resolution across affected units.
