Job Purpose

Drive sales growth and expand Pizza Italia's footprint by securing new clients and franchise partners, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and onboarding new clients.
  • Franchise Development: Identify potential franchisees, provide comprehensive information on franchise packages, and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Location Scouting: Identify and evaluate high-traffic locations suitable for Pizza Italia Cuisine Towers and Counters, such as schools, malls, hospitals, and supermarkets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring strong relationships through regular communication and support.
  • Collections Management: Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely collections and achieve 100% collection efficiency.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Pizza Italia's offerings, including authentic Neapolitan pizzas made with imported ingredients and baked in under 3 minutes using Italian wood-fired brick ovens.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular client visits and calls to address needs, gather feedback, and provide exceptional service.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to sales processes, including bookings, credit terms, delivery schedules, and discounts. Submit timely reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Administrative Duties: Verify the accuracy of product and documentation details before customer release and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
