MetroStar Digital Trading is looking for CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE for our local account (Tagalog). No Experience Required

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for communicating with customers through live chat to answer queries and sell the value of products. The ideal candidate can establish a positive rapport, can communicate effectively online and can identify needs through probing questions, educating customers on the value, features, and benefits of the product and being able to close the sale.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound sales chat inquiries and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm virtually.
  • Strive for sales on the first chat inquiry and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
  • Deliver an amazing sales experience through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries, concerns, and needs.
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed sales metrics while providing an excellent and consistent sales experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • No Experience Required
  • High School Grad and Undergrad are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
  • Exceptional typing skills (Minimum 38WPM)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php16, Php 18,000.00 per month
