POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for all financial operational matters of the real estate business unit, ensuring that financial controls are maintained. Prepares timely and accurate financial statements and performance reports, and supports departments with their annual budgets, reviews, and internal controls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience (5 years of managerial experience)
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite (preferred), SAP, or Oracle is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring optimal performance in every key result area
  • Oversee the monthly financial closing process, ensuring accurate preparation and finalization of both statutory and internal reports
  • Ensure adherence to regulations from bodies like BIR, SEC, LGU, and PEZA, and manage the timely submission of required documents
  • Work closely with internal teams to align purchase orders with business needs, and review and approve payment requests while adhering to company policies to prevent errors and fraud
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenant-related accounting issues, directing concerns to the appropriate internal teams
  • Implement and enforce collection policies to address overdue accounts and recover past-due payments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
