Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, working closely with the
    FR Head
    and under the supervision of the
    ROFO Head
    , to support all phases of project implementation.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the timely delivery of project milestones, including full documentation and seamless handover to business teams.
  • Provide regular status updates, proactively escalate issues, and contribute to solutions to ensure project progress remains on track.
  • Manage
    invoice processing
    and
    accounts payable activities
    for
    ROHQ-Manila
    .
  • Support the
    ROFO Head
    with various finance-related tasks and ad-hoc special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • At least
    8 years
    of experience in finance systems roles, with a strong track record in system implementation and project delivery (
    6–10 years
    ).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
    , particularly in
    FICO
    and
    Accounts Payable
    modules, is essential.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba is required.
  • Experience in the
    insurance
    or
    financial services
    industry is preferred.
  • CPA qualification is required.
  • Strong
    project management
    ,
    stakeholder engagement
    , and
    communication skills
    .
  • Proficient in
    written and spoken English
    .
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a
    fast-paced, multinational project environment
    .
