The Role

We are seeking a
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to lead Xpress through its next stage of growth - from founder-led execution to scalable, multi-location operations.

Based in
Pasig
, this full-time executive role is responsible for transforming strategy into disciplined, data-driven operations across the country. The COO will oversee daily business performance, multi-site operations, budget and resource planning, and the rollout of systems that enable consistent execution across regions.

This is not a maintenance role - it's a build-and-scale mandate. The successful candidate will bring structure to a high-growth organization while preserving its speed, innovation, and customer obsession.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee nationwide operations across multiple depots, cities, and service lines (Mobility, Fintech, and Platform).
  • Drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across all business units.
  • Manage financial planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Build data-driven systems that ensure consistency, efficiency, and accountability across locations.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape long-term strategic priorities and organizational design.
  • Develop and mentor operational leaders to sustain scale and deepen leadership capability within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in
    scaling multi-site or multi-city operations

  • Strong capability in
    Business Planning, Operations Management, and Process Optimization

  • Deep understanding of
    financial discipline, analytics, and performance management

  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment while maintaining operational rigor.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field;
