About the Company

Our client is an AI-powered data platform company specializing in the capture, analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and storage of large volumes of transactional data. The company supports global clients in the online gambling industry through advanced data-driven auditing and compliance solutions.

As part of its international expansion, the company is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead IT development initiatives, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of technology projects.

Position Overview

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will oversee the company's entire technology function, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems and operations. This leadership role will also focus on implementing an IT roadmap aligned with business objectives and enhancing big data management and analytics capabilities.

You will work closely with the executive team and a group of founders and innovators to lead the IT team in delivering world-class technology solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT development team to ensure uptime, system stability, and security.
  • Deliver and manage the company's IT roadmap, aligning initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Improve data management processes, including structuring, storage, processing, and analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and industry regulations, particularly within the online gambling sector.
  • Manage IT tools, platforms, and infrastructure to support business operations.
  • Oversee IT recruitment, technical assessments, and team performance.
  • Manage IT budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships.
  • Support innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to improve performance and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of IT management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
  • Proven success in delivering IT roadmaps and managing large-scale technology projects.
  • Strong expertise in data management, database architecture, and analytics.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
  • Experience in online gambling, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Philippines.
  • Knowledge of local business culture is a plus.
