Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dining Supervisor located in San Fernando. The Dining Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the dining area, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and handling customer inquiries and concerns. The Dining Supervisor must ensure that the dining area operates smoothly and upholds the high standards of the Vikings Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising staff, training, and team management
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are beneficial
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
