Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative content, including video scripts, announcements, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media presence across various platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee) through daily postings, captions, and video updates.
  • Coordinate livestream events, including product preparation, tech setup, and scheduling.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for special promotions, such as flash sales and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyze livestream performance and support affiliate management to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Maintain internal records such as attendance logs, performance tracking, and marketing analytics.
  • Assist in managing digital advertising budgets and boosting campaigns.
  • Help identify and onboard new marketing affiliates and nurture existing partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit regular marketing reports and performance updates.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Marketing Head.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Relevant work experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce is a plus
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms (especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram)
  • Creative thinking and strong writing skills for content creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets)
  • Willing to participate in content creation and appear in livestreams when needed
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on marketing trends
