About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Communication Assistant to join our dynamic team at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and communications initiatives. As a Marketing Communication Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and assisting with various marketing projects to help drive the company's brand and reach.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing communication strategies
  • Creating compelling content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and videos
  • Monitoring and responding to inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to coordinate and implement marketing campaigns
  • Providing administrative support, such as maintaining records and reporting on marketing metrics
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the team's continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing communication or social media assistant role
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and effective messaging
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the marketing and communications landscape, particularly in the Marketing & Communications industry
