  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to relocate and can start ASAP

Job Description – Safety Manager

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This role plays a critical part in creating a safe work environment, preventing workplace accidents, and promoting a culture of safety across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Program Development
  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Create and update the company's safety manual and emergency response plans.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international occupational health and safety laws.
  • Prepare and submit required safety reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Risk Assessment & Hazard Control
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Training & Awareness
  • Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Promote a culture of safety through campaigns, posters, and toolbox talks.
  • Incident Investigation
  • Lead investigations into workplace accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and HR to integrate safety into daily operations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, inspectors, and government agencies.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate safety records, incident logs, and inspection reports.
  • Provide regular safety performance updates to management.
