Sales and Operations Officer

Sales

  • Identify possible clients, generate leads, and convert them to sales
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Prepare trackers for purchase orders, collections, royalties, etc.
  • Update pricing annually
  • Monitor production of books to ensure that deliveries are done on time
  • Plan and organize events both for school relations and marketing purposes (BJU Press Seminar)
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the academe to better support partner schools (e.g. compliance to Deped curriculum, etc.)
  • Perform competitor analysis
  • Explore opportunities for printing partnership (e.g. localized printing for imported materials, etc.)

School Relations

  • Effectively and promptly resolve client complaints
  • Train teachers in using educational materials offered by Everlearn (i.e. BJU Trove, etc.)
  • Promote good relationship with partner schools by making regular sales calls and visits to existing clients
  • Offer curriculum advice to partner schools and prospective clients, especially with the changing curriculum from DepEd

Production

  • Supervise the entire book production process and relevant teams ensuring that SLAs and BSC targets are met
  • Ensure 100% adherence to production process, timelines and budgets
  • Plan, organize, and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with requirements
  • Initiate book product development exercises
  • Manage the end-to-end and day-to-day operations of Everlearn to ensure efficient and quality output
  • Participate in activities and other special assignments as required.
