EasyCommerce helps brands craft and execute e-commerce strategies to gain market shares and achieve sustainable revenues.

The role involves managing projects and clients, ensuring they meet budget, deadlines, and operations needs.

This full-time role is based in Makati on a full-time on-site work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform planning and overseeing projects, which include budget preparation and workload assignment, and ensure their completion within given budget and timeline
  • Present weekly and monthly progress reports, which include sales and profit analysis, and head discussions of action steps to the management
  • Assist in the overall operations of the company and be involved with the management decision-making to accomplish organization's goals
  • Establish and manage relationships with third parties such as suppliers and clients
  • Has an ability of exploring trends in the market
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Skilled in reporting, sales and profit analysis, and action planning.
  • Experienced in management decision-making and operational support.
  • Strong in building and managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adept at analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Versatile in multitasking within fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with proficiency in project tools and Excel.
