Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in project management
  • Proven track record in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • Candidates must have prior experience working in the banking or financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure their availability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to track progress and ensure milestones are met
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using proper validation methods
  • Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs
  • Provide regular updates and escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation
  • Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
  • Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise
  • Track short- and long-term project goals and performance metrics
  • Manage project budgets and adjust plans based on financial assessments
  • Prepare detailed project reports and plans for internal and client use
  • Continuously enhance leadership skills and stay updated through training and industry events
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Create diagrams, spreadsheets, and process maps to support planning and documentation
