Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)

  • Must have a strong desire to pursue a career in Construction

  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision

  • Must have excellent scholastic records

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have effective leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work individually and with a team

  • Should be result-oriented, systematic, and organized

  • PRC Licensure is an advantage but is not required

  • Work experience is preferred but not a requirement

Responsibilities:

The Management Trainee Program offers a holistic perspective and exposure on construction through various trainings such as: classroom and hands-on training, coaching and mentoring by veteran professionals in the organization.

As a Management Trainee, you will be developed to:

  • Manage the delivery of the overall project construction to the required quality standards requirements of the project

  • Manage the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of construction

  • Review and manage all construction related queries to arrive at an amicable resolution
