Work Schedule

Compressed work schedule (Monday – Friday)

6:00 am – 5:00 pm every Monday –Thursday

6:00 am – 3:00 pm every Friday

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily operations of LSU personnel across Dry Goods and Cold Storage sections
  • Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Monitor and validate all receiving, issuance, and inventory reports before submission
  • Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments (PPIC, Production, Purchasing, QA) to resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Lead and participate in physical inventory counts and random spot audits
  • Develop and implement department-specific KPIs to measure operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with FEFO/FIFO standards, safety protocols, and food handling requirements
  • Other adhoc duties assigned

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or any related courses
  • With Supervisory role experience related in warehousing and/or inventory management
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PPT
  • Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
