Job Description:

The Support Center (SC) Admin Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational excellence within the Facilities and Maintenance function, ensuring the Support Center remains efficient, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity. The role provides strategic administrative and operational support, overseeing facility upkeep, vendor coordination, asset management, and compliance with company standards to enable seamless business operations and an optimal work environment.

What you'll do:

· Supervise maintenance custodians and ensure the overall cleanliness, orderliness, and upkeep of the Support Center, including the creation and implementation of regular cleaning schedules.

· Oversee administrative support for all Support Center-based employees, including scheduling of meeting rooms, coordinating training logistics, and providing general administrative assistance as needed.

· Monitor and track all facility and maintenance concerns raised by stores, ensuring 100% resolution.

· Coordinate with security on all Support Center-related matters.

· Assist in planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and facility inspections.

· Update and maintain the asset list under the Facility, Maintenance, and IT departments.

· Update the expense tracker weekly and reconcile all receipts on a monthly basis.

· Maintain inventory and requisition supplies, equipment, and materials required for maintenance and facility upkeep.

· Support the preparation of departmental reports and dashboards, highlighting maintenance performance and trends.

· Coordinate with the Finance team for reimbursements, petty cash funds, invoices, and related transactions.

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
