Universal Robina Corporation is looking for QA/QC Analyst (Simlong, Batangas)

QA/QC Analyst responsible in the on-line monitoring as well as analysis and inspection of the semi-finished goods samples from Printing process, ensuring that all printed rolls are good and can proceed to the next process. The position is also responsible to immediately call for necessary troubleshooting/ correction on any encountered deviation.

What are the Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Performs inspection and testing of printed products as per established procedures, records required results of inspection and analysis in appropriate forms.
  • Coordinates with the concerned functions related to the inspection and testing activities, ensures that products tested are properly identified based on the obtained results.
  • Reviews results obtained and immediately reports the non-conforming products.
  • Performs inspection and validation of Client Returns at customer's plant site and prepares Customer rejects inspection report accurately.
  • Monitors Printing related trials conducted online. Prepares documented result for reference.
  • Ensures laboratory/ measuring equipment used are calibrated and properly handled; maintains cleanliness of laboratory/ measuring equipment and working area.

What are the Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • With knowledge on laboratory analysis preferred but not required
  • Can perform inspection and testing of the printed samples
  • Able to identify different kinds of printing related defects and raw material defects
  • Can communicate the test results well to the Production team
  • Willing to be assigned in Simlong, Batangas
  • Five (5) full-time job is available.
