Tekton Strong Builders Corporation is seeking a talented QA QC Engineer to join our team in Batangas City, Batangas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across our construction projects. What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance and control processes to monitor and improve project performance
  • Conducting regular site testing and inspections and audits to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Analyzing data and generating reports to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality-related challenges
  • Providing training and guidance to project staff on quality best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a QA QC Engineer in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance and control systems
  • Ability to interpret technical drawing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Must be meticulous in their work to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
