Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans, inspection and test plans , and method statements to meet project or product specifications.
  • Inspections & Testing: Conduct daily inspections and tests on materials, equipment, processes, and workmanship to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
  • Documentation: Manage quality documentation, including reports, records, and non-conformance reports, and ensure they are properly documented and maintained.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, document, and resolve quality issues, working with consultants and site managers to close out quality-related reports.
  • Audits: Perform internal and external quality audits on contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to all applicable regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular quality reports and presentations to project management and stakeholders.
  • Training: Conduct or facilitate quality assurance training for project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: A degree in an engineering field and a strong understanding of installation and commissioning processes are often required.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for inspecting and documenting findings accurately.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed for clear reporting and effective coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze issues, think critically, and develop solutions is essential.
  • Adaptability: A proactive attitude and resilience to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions are beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
