Position Title: Learning and Development Associate

Job Summary:

The Learning and Development Associate supports the creation, coordination, and execution of company-wide learning programs. This role helps develop learning materials, assists in delivering training experiences, and ensures that all activities align with the organization's goals and values. Success in this role means consistent implementation, strong collaboration, and a commitment to enhancing the learning culture of Seller's Hub.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Material Development:

● Assist in creating learning content such as presentations, write-ups, and other program materials.

● Support the development of courses and internal learning resources.

Training & Program Coordination:

● Assist in coordinating learning sessions, training events, and company-wide development activities.

● Help manage schedules, announcements, and logistics for all learning programs.

● Work closely with the Learning and Development Supervisor to ensure smooth and timely delivery of initiatives.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

● Track the implementation and completion of learning and leadership programs.

● Support the consistent delivery of monthly development initiatives to meet organizational

goals. Gather and review participant feedback to help improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs.

Process Improvement:

● Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify areas where learning content or programs

can be strengthened.

● Recommend improvements and support the development of solutions that enhance

overall learning and leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.

● Experience in Learning and Development or a similar role is an advantage but not required.

● Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.

● Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

● Creative, proactive, and collaborative.

Work Environment

This is an onsite role that works closely with the Learning and Development Supervisor and the Human Capital team to support cultural, leadership, and organizational growth initiatives.
