URGENT HIRING

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology;
  • Knowledgeable in any facet of human resources field is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications is required;
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills;
  • Possesses a pleasing and adaptable personality;
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Willing to start anytime.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and issuance of employee ID and contracts/transfer movement of workers;
  • Facilitate the hiring process (screening, interviews, selection, background investigation, completion of pre-employment requirements and others);
  • Facilitate ATM card application of new employees, coordination with the accredited payroll bank;
  • Double check the information of newly hired for 201 filing and database recording;
  • Weekly update and monitoring of employee Master list;
  • Maintain and update 201 files and other related records of employees;
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
