The Qualifications We Seek

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Bloomberg, Reuters, or other market data platforms is advantageous

Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail

Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Present complex information clearly and concisely

Your Daily Tasks

Data Collection and Management

• Gather, process, and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Maintain databases and store data securely and efficiently

Data Analysis

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Apply statistical methods to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover business growth opportunities

Reporting

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data for stakeholders
• Prepare and present detailed reports summarizing findings and insights
• Provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Transaction Management

• Manage loan purchase settlement transactions from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal and external counterparties to improve accuracy and efficiency of the process

Collaboration

• Coordinate with departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to address data needs and provide analytical support
• Work with IT and data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and processes

Optimization

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven strategies
• Evaluate effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust as needed

Tool Proficiency

• Use data analysis tools and software such as Excel and Tableau to interpret data
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in data analytics

Predictive Analytics

• Build predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes
• Apply machine learning algorithms to enhance forecasting capabilities
