Job Title: Market Data Analyst

The role of a Market Data Analyst involves collecting, processing and analyzing financial market data from various sources to provide timely and accurate information to internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, commerce or a related field with excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of financial market information, providing reliable demographic and statistical financial market data and addressing audit resolutions and recommendations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, adapt to ad-hoc business requirements and demonstrate a commitment to quality, timeliness and productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process financial market data from various sources
  • Maintain the integrity of financial market information
  • Provide timely and accurate financial market data to clients
  • Address audit resolutions and recommendations
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day execution and delivery of individual goals
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Computer literacy to use database and software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerical and analytical skills to understand financial data
  • Knowledge of financial markets and accountancy as needed
