About The RoleThe Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in shaping the company's financial strategy through expert financial modeling, forecasting, cash flow management, and oversight of accounts receivable.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for streamlining financial processes. You'll be instrumental in optimizing cash flow, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision-making to help drive the business forward. Responsibilities:Financial Modeling & Forecasting:Work closely with the founder to refine and maintain financial models and forecasts.

Build departmental-level P&Ls and track profitability across service verticals. Cash Flow Management:Maintain oversight of cash flow and ensure clarity around spending and revenue. Accounts Receivable (AR) Oversight:Take ownership of reducing AR from a backlog and implement consistent, structured follow-up processes (email, text, calls).

Work closely with office management to ensure daily AR tracking and reporting. Audit & Xero Management:Analyze inconsistencies and errors in financial data due to third-party tools (like Ignition). Perform audits and reconciliations of income lines in Xero and provide clear reporting to leadership.

Requirements:5+ years of experience in finance, analysis, or accounting. Proficient in building and refining financial models, segmenting P&Ls, and providing actionable insights. Expert in Excel and proficient in Xero.

Strong English communication skills—able to liaise with clients when needed. Experience in a service-based business (agency, legal, consulting, accounting firm, etc.) preferred. Analytical, commercially minded, and highly detail-oriented.
