Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have knowledge in digital marketing and market research? We are seeking a Capital Markets and Investment Services Analyst to join our team.

  • \
  • As a Capital Markets and Investment Services Analyst, you will provide support to the Capital Markets & Investment Services team through market research, marketing, and promotions, and administrative support.\
  • You will compile listings to support client requirements and maintain the commercial and industrial property databases. You will audit/confirm the veracity of the information before recording.\
  • You will assist in the implementation of the marketing and promotions strategies for specific properties as developed by the Head of Department and team leads, including out-of-home advertising and digital marketing.\
  • You will support the Capital Markets & Investment Services department in preparing presentations, pitch materials, submissions, and studies that clients need.\
  • You will update Capital Markets & Investment Services marketing collaterals such as Capability Statement and Track Record.\
  • You will provide administrative support for the department such as preparation of periodic company reports, invoicing, deal tracking, referrals, as well as other admin-related matters as determined by the Head of Department.\
  • You will work closely with the Capital Markets & Investment Services team to achieve business objectives.

\Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, statistics, marketing, real estate, urban planning, or any related course.\
  • At least one year experience in a related field.\
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing and market research.\
  • Detail Oriented.\
  • Excellent Communication Skills.\
  • Networking and Relationship Management.\
  • Eager to Learn.\
  • Willing to go out on field.\
  • Perseveres and relentless until objective is reached.\
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
