ORGANIZATIONAL SCOPE

Job Title : Data Analyst


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. AI Strategy Execution & Data Analysis


• Initiate and lead initiatives to identify, develop, and structure analysis for actionable insights, including, but not limited to cross-subsidiary customer intelligence integration, automotive ecosystem optimization, insurance propensity modeling, real estate development optimization, and investment services client engagement optimization.


• Oversee financial analysis and feasibility studies that support synergy projects.


• Synthesize complex findings into reports and presentations to communicate recommendations to senior management.


• Define, monitor, and track progress of projects, by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. Data Governance & Collaboration


• Serve as the strategic liaison between GT Capital Operating Companies, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on synergy initiatives and data sharing protocols.


• Drive the creation and adoption of a federated data architecture and data clean room, and upskilling programs to enhance data literacy.


• Proactively address common pain points and manual process dependencies by identifying automation opportunities.


• Lead and facilitate forums and events to foster cross-collaboration and knowledge/data sharing within the GT Capital Group.

  1. Adhoc Activities


• Represent GT Capital in select meetings to understand priorities in relation to Digital Transformation strategy and synergy.


• Lead the development of compelling "synergy case studies" to communicate the successes and value of the digital transformation program.


• Serve as a key spokesperson for GT Capital in forums to improve awareness and provide a data-driven perspective.


• Research and benchmark best business practices, analyze data, and provide process improvement recommendations

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative or business disciplines. A Master's degree is a strong plus.

Experience: At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in data science, data strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, or business development roles. Experience leading projects and teams is a prerequisite.
