Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow General Trade (GT) channels and meet volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
- Manage and lead a nationwide sales force, ensuring alignment with company goals and commercial priorities.
- Oversee performance of regional teams, distributors, and third-party partners to ensure effective coverage and market execution.
- Strengthen trade partnerships, negotiate trade terms, and manage key accounts within the GT landscape.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to guide sales initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support integrated growth plans.
- Drive execution excellence and implement sales process improvements to increase efficiency and market responsiveness.
- Monitor KPIs, optimize trade investments, and ensure profitable growth across the GT channel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field; MBA is an advantage.
- At least 10–12 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, with proven success in managing GT channels at a national level.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large sales teams and distributor networks.
- Deep understanding of Philippine trade dynamics, retail landscapes, and channel-specific execution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Results-driven, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
