The Route to Market (RTM) Manager is responsible for developing and executing the route-to-market strategy for the GT channel. This role focuses on optimizing distribution, sales, and coverage across various regions to ensure product availability and accessibility. The RTM Manager will collaborate with GT sales teams, regional distributors (RDs), and key stakeholders to drive market penetration, enhance customer relationships, and achieve revenue and growth targets in the GT channel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • 7 years and above working experience in sales, distribution, or route-to-market management, with a focus on general trade or traditional trade channels.
  • Preferably with more than 5 years in managerial role
  • With advance knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Proven track record in managing distribution networks, optimizing sales routes, and achieving sales growth targets.
  • Has excellent analyzation, critical thinking, creative thinking, and data analytics skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
