Role & Responsibilities:

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager – Service and Asset Management to lead the planning, implementation, and management of service delivery and asset lifecycle processes.

This role ensures optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance while delivering exceptional support services across the organization.

Service Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end ITSM (IT Service Management) or facility service operations.

  • Manage service desk teams, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.

  • Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance customer experience.

  • Drive incident, problem, change, and request management best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Asset Management:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of physical and digital assets (e.g., IT hardware, software licenses, equipment).

  • Maintain an accurate asset inventory using tools like CMDB or asset tracking systems.

  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, procurement policies, and security standards.

  • Monitor asset utilization and forecast future asset needs and budgets.

  • Support audits and reporting on asset status, lifecycle, and depreciation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in service delivery or asset management roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.

  • Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Snipe-IT, or similar).

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
