Job Description:

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

  • Develop, implement, and maintain ITAM OG’s, policies, standards, and procedures (EUC lifecycle process)

  • Monitor adherence to asset management policies.
  • Liaise with GRC to perform regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks on asset data (hardware and software).
  • Identify gaps in IT asset tracking, usage, and policy enforcement; recommend and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in the design and continuous improvement of ITAM tools, workflows, and governance controls.
  • Maintains an internal EI Procurement PR/PO tracker to ensure EI leaders are kept aware of their PR/PO status.
  • Maintains internal EI’s Legal Contract validation tracker to ensure no slippage will occur.
  • Participate in Audits & Asset Recon
  • Other tasks may arise.
