Responsibilities- Service Delivery
- Manage HR cases related to Personnel Action Administration, HR Letters and Offboarding in accordance with global/country policies using Bayer systems and tools. Includes data maintenance in Bayer's HR Information System, preparation and issuance of HR letters, administering offboarding/exit process and answering inquiries related to the process.
- Achieve KPI targets for timeliness, CSAT and quality.
- Perform ICS and process controls timely and in compliance with control requirements.
- Understand and report results of operations, perform root cause analysis on missed targets and process issues and execute corrective and preventive measures.
- Issue Management: Apply process and business knowledge to assess and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain robust business relationships with other HR groups to collaboratively devise solutions.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in improvement projects.
- Knowledge Management: Build process knowledge, create and maintain desktop procedures, and assist in process training for new joiners.
- Advanced level of business and financial acumen; ability to link role to organizational vision and KPIs.
- Strong partnership and customer service skills; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of financial metrics (Revenue, Cash, Cost, Margin).
- Familiarity with MS Office 365 and basic Power Platform tools; data analytics fundamentals.
- Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or RPA is a plus.

Product Lifecycle Management AssociateBe part of our fast-growing team. We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management Associate to support product setup and lifecycle activities for the EMEA region. Responsibilities include managing product data, packaging, sample requests, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and coordination.
Responsibilities- Coordinate cross-functional teams to review, submit, and manage EMEA SKU setups for finished and non-finished goods.
- Validate and monitor Sample Request Forms for tooling across color, sales, marketing, and testing needs.
- Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, and account management to track SRF progress.
- Prepare VBOM/BOM2 requests for product configuration.
- Work with global product managers and packaging teams on new packaging development.
- Manage digital assets and support packaging updates communication.
- Ensure packaging BOMs meet internal standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy of product and sales samples in 3PL warehouse.
- Organize product management files and documentation; participate in team meetings.
- Assist in development of brand, product, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate product sample requests with account management; respond to product inquiries.
- Perform special projects as needed.
- At least 2 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management or Product Development.
- Proficient in Smartsheet and MS Excel; good communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented; willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Agile, Centrix PLM, or similar systems is a plus; QA experience is advantageous.
- Experience with international environments is desirable.
