What will you do?

  • Conduct end-to-end cycle of recruitment from opening to closing of candidate's application not limited to searching, calling, qualifying, negotiating, job offer, and placement.
  • Prepare documentation related to potential leads and candidate assessments; utilize and maintain related files and systems for tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes.
  • Responsible for coordinating with US counterparts by attending conference calls, meetings, etc. to have a clear understanding of the job requirements.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates through networking, research, data mining, and the use of available resources.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in a human resources or business-related field (preferred but not required)
  • 1+ years of US recruiting experience required
  • Technical recruiting experience is preferred
  • Experience with MSP/VMS systems preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Internet-based sourcing tools
  • Understanding of the Boolean search language, and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches.
  • Must be willing to be trained in the US market, culture, and geography.
  • Flexibility in your work schedule and strict adherence to it are necessary for this position, with a predominant requirement for night shifts.
  • This opportunity is structured for a complete on-site working environment, meaning you are expected to be present at the workplace starting from Day 1.
  • Our office is located at 3F, 5F of iMET BPO on Metrobank Avenue within the Metropolitan Park area along Roxas Blvd., Barangay 76, Pasay City, NCR, Fourth District, Philippines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
