About the role

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Senior Manager to join its team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and high-quality advisory services to the company's private banking and wealth management clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing tailored wealth management strategies to meet the unique goals and risk profiles of high-net-worth individuals and families

  • Analysing client financial data and market conditions to recommend appropriate investment opportunities and portfolio allocations

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide exceptional service

  • Collaborating with a team of professionals, including financial planners and investment specialists, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies

  • Mentoring and developing a team of wealth management professionals

  • Contributing to the overall growth and strategic direction of the wealth management division

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking or a related financial services role

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional investment and advisory services to high-net-worth clients

  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth planning strategies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

  • Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, are highly desirable
