Position PurposeTo monitor and guide the customer service team in parcels, T&C and Manila. Customer service activities including but not limited to staff supervision, training, Perth and Manila liaison.

Position Requirements

Create plans in consultation with operations to ensure sustainable solutions in place

Train new staff in all aspects of customer service including customer bookings, pickups, enquiries and systems country bookings, costing and international freight bookings.

Collect and analyse call-centre statistics

Streamline processes and efficiencies

Recruit, coach and provide training to employees to maintain high customer service standards

Monitor and improve email communication, telephone handling and other procedures

Day to day contact for minor escalations

Meet weekly with Manila customer service teams

Ensure Manila team is aware of all pep requirements and include as part of the PEP team and foster a work culture in alignment with core values

Prepare reports as requested

Assist customer service team with resolution relating to customer enquiries – prior to escalation to the management level.

Provide administrative support relating to key accounts

Provide customer service with feedback on statistics relating to calls, and customer feedback

Support and work closely with the other CS officers to achieve KPI's

Compliance with the company IMS

Responding to email and telephone enquiries.

Data entry of all kind of Parcel

Send emails and communication regarding Problem Freights

Understand all freight processes and individual customer requirements

Support and work closely with the other administrator to ensure all work is completed

Key Result Areas

All customer queries resolved within reasonable time frame as set by manager

No Missed calls

Ensure PEP's values are met within the team

Query resolution within 1 hour of receiving the initial call

Demonstrates PEPs core values

Skills and Experience and Knowledge (Selection Criteria/Desirable)

Excellent phone manner

Excellent problem-solving ability

Excellent customer manner

High attention to detail with paperwork

2 Plus years' experience in the Freight or Customer Service Industry
