Customer Care Specialist

- Email responses to client
- Incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Assist walk-in clients – Residents and Visitors
- Encoding and Monitoring Customer Concerns through Customer Relation Management Integrated to AX (CRMAX)
- Parcel Handling
- Identify and screen guests by coordinating with the Security personnel
- Aid in cascading of circulars to residents
- Provide basic information to queries related to project assignment (e.g. available amenities, house rules)
- Monitor and log usage of amenities
Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree holder
- Good communication skills
- Has an exposure in customer service, knowledgeable in administrative duties.
