Area Supervisor (District Sales Supervisor)

The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple RBX Rice in a Box stores within an assigned area. This role ensures that all stores operate efficiently and consistently deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that product and service quality standards are consistently met across all stores.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
  • Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all facilities, equipment, appliances, utensils, and store assets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of all food items.
  • Track sales performance and verify the timely submission of daily deposits.
  • Serve as a liaison between the head office and store teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on store operations and performance to upper management.
  • Ensure complete staffing and proper scheduling of store crew members.
  • Conduct both scheduled and spot inspections of outlets.
  • Motivate, coach, and manage store teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Prepare accurate and objective reports on store conditions and performance.
  • Review and verify store-related documents and records.
  • Handle government or lessor-related documents and compliance requirements as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks or special assignments as directed by management.

Work Setup:

  • Primarily field-based role with scheduled office reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course (preferably in Business, Management, or Food & Beverage).
  • Experience in the food service industry is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently and be assigned to different areas as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
