About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a driven and customer-focused CSR - Healthcare Associates to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will have you playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing professional and courteous customer service to inbound calls and inquiries from healthcare clients and patients
  • Assisting customers with a wide range of queries and issues, from appointment scheduling to claims processing
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on open items
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  • College level - 3mos CCE | 2yrs Business or Medical Allied Course - no exp required | HS grad - with 6mos BPO of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and the local language
